The estate is adjacent to Tulsa’s River Parks with twelve miles of trails that are perfect for jogging, biking, or experiencing the pleasure of a city parkland. McBirney Mansion is on the periphery of Tulsa’s Downtown Business District and is convenient to the Civic Center and municpal buildings. However, it is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with easy access to Philbrook Art Museum and Utica Square Shopping Center. Less than a mile away from the mansion is historic Cherry Street with its exquisite antique shops, design centers, and eclectic specialty restaurants. Gilcrease Museum, world renowned for its fine collection of American western art, is but a few miles away. Small private parties are welcomed.
