Seacrest Manor is a two and a half story Georgian/Federal style home built in 1911 on a corner lot of more than two acres. The B&B is in a private, residential area about 200 yards from the ocean on a hill overlooking woods and sea. Spacious, manicured grounds with prize-winning gardens, a fountain, and a hammock. Large deck with ocean view and comfortable chairs. Two rooms have private entrances to this deck. Fine art and antiques are placed throughout the B&B, and some of the art has been done by local artists. Peace and quiet are trademarks of this concierge-managed English style B&B. Amenities include flowers in all rooms, complimentary morning newspapers, men’s shoe shining, and an evening turndown service. The manor is located across the street from the John Kieran Nature Preserve, one mile from town, and a half mile from a golf club. Area activities include swimming, sailing, whale-watching, shopping, and antiquing. Fine restaurants, beaches, and an art colony are all nearby. One hour from Boston by train or car.
