This historic plantation home, located in Cajun country just 10 miles north of Lafayette, was built in 1831 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Civil War history abounds on the beautiful 20-acre estate, which has a swimming pool and tennis court. Tours of the mansion in French and English are included in rates. Guests enjoy a full plantation breakfast plus nightly cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. A gift shop is available on the property. Travel agency receives commission.
