This inn has nine authentic, individual Cajun cabins dating to the 1800s. Located in the heart of Cajun country on historic Bayou Teche, the inn is within walking distance to Mulate’s Restaurant. Each cabin has a unique personality. All linens are provided. Visitors are just six miles from guided nature tours, a bird rookery, and alligators. Boat tours are available. Catering upon request for groups of 20 or more. Bayou Boudin & Cracklin Cafe is home of the official Cracklin King of Louisiana and serves award-winning Cajun specialties out of a 1869 home on Bayou Teche. The cafe features boudin, cracklin, hogs head cheese, and homemade pralines.
