Tres Palmas is a Mediterranean/Spanish-style home completed in 1993. It has a large swimming pool, a whirlpool spa, and a patio. Guests can stay at “home” and relax in the sun. The four guestrooms feature queen- and king-size beds, private baths, and a color cable television. They are decorated in a Southwest style. The B&B is located in a quiet, residential area just one block south of El
Paseo, “the Rodeo Drive of the Desert,” and close to Highway 74 and Highway 111. Guests can walk to boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants, or they can drive to the Living Desert Preserve, the McCallum Theater, and other desert attractions. Household cats in innkeepers’ quarters. Travel agency receives commission from inn.
