Unionville is a ghost town of scenic beauty and historic relevance. Hike the tree-shaded canyons of the Humboldt Mountains and enjoy the wide range of wildlife. Or, just loaf around the inn and enjoy the extensive library, tournament-sized pool table, baby grand piano, and fireplace. Golf courses, museums, and restaurants are located in nearby Lovelock and Winnemucca. The inn is located halfway between these towns. To reach the inn, travel east of Lovelock on Interstate 80 to the Mill City exit. Head south on State Route 400 for about fifteen miles. Then drive west for three miles on a good dirt road. The Old Pioneer Garden Country Inn is truly off the beaten path, but it is well worth the trip. Weddings are performed on-site. Small private parties are welcomed.
