Margaret McKenzie is constantly working on upgrading and improving facilities at her small West Kensington hotel, which is situated in a relatively peaceful residential street, though just off a major route. Changes since the last guide include reading lights installed over beds and new furniture and curtains. Most of the nine bedrooms have en suite facilities and all have televisions, radio alarm clocks, hair-dryers, and mini-bars. There is also a fully licensed bar in the basement, and guests may also relax in the lounge. The hotel is a short walk to West Kensington Underground station, and from there just a few stops to several museums and the shops of Knightsbridge (including Harrods). The house is conveniently placed for access to Earl’s Court and Olympia exhibition centres. On-street parking is unrestricted.
